My work is inspired by the rhythms of nature, the transient and the temporal.  I am interested in marking the changing cycles of the seasons, the passage of time and the patterns which emerge from organic structures and beings. I have completed bodies of work inspired by the sea, the migration and movements of birds and I always return to my long standing love of figurative painting and drawing. My works have been shown throughout the UK and overseas.
